Our Policy


Deposits & Reservations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • $100 deposit required for weekend reservations.

  • $150 deposit for reservations lasting 7 nights or more.

  • Seasonal deposit of $500 due by Sept 1, non-refundable. Cancellation by March 1 avoids 10% additional fees.

  • If you are mailing a deposit we require your payment within 7 days or your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

  • Credit card processing fee is 4%.

  • Gate key is required for all sites -$10 refundable deposit.

Daily Visitor Fees:

  • Adult: $8/day

  • Ages 6-12: $5/day

  • Ages 5 and under: Free

Rules:

  • Parents are responsible for children's conduct.

  • Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM. Minors must be at their site by 11 PM unless with an adult.

  • Pets must have vaccination records, be leashed, and cleaned up after. Not allowed inside buildings.

  • No sewer pump-out service. Free dump station available.

  • Garbage must be in plastic bags, deposited in designated dumpster between 8 AM and 3 PM daily.

  • Dumping waste water on the ground is prohibited.

  • Bicycles and scooters must be on site by sundown, ridden on the side of the road, and helmets worn. No riding double on bicycles.

  • Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children not toilet trained must wear swimmers.

  • Do not cut or damage trees.

  • Fireplaces must not be moved, fires kept under 3 feet.

  • Two vehicles allowed per site. Designated parking for extra vehicles.

  • Only Kampersville employees allowed to drive golf carts. Personal golf carts not permitted on premises. NO golf carts, go carts, or mini bikes allowed.
