Cancellation policies
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation by March 1 avoids 10% additional fees. If you are mailing a deposit, we require your payment within 7 days, or your reservation will automatically be canceled. A $10 refundable deposit is required for a gate key for all sites.
Payment policies
A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with varying amounts based on the duration and timing of your stay. Deposits are non-refundable, and credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. Additionally, a refundable deposit of $10 is required for a gate key for all sites. Visa, MasterCard, & American Express, Discover Accepted.
